Company makes its services accessible to all applicants whose activities fall within the scope of its operations. Access to the "Halal Center" LLC certification process is not conditional upon the size of the Customer or membership of any association or group, nor shall certification be conditional upon the number of certifications already issued.
"Halal Center"LLC shall confine its requirements, evaluation, review, decision and surveillance (if any) to those matters specifically related to the scope of certification.

Harassment or intimidation of a Customer, staff person or guest because of that person's race, age, color, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, or religion is specifically prohibited and may be grounds for termination.
